We want you to love your Smooth Pedicure Wand and any other product you purchase from Lunalane. That’s why we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days of receipt for a full refund—no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return is initiated within 100 days of the delivery date.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@lunalane.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using the shipping method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Important: If you used our "Priority Pedicure" shipping option, the shipping fee of $4.99 is non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
